These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 44x666 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 44x666 online gambling platform, accessible at https://44x666.cam and its associated sub-pages (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotion terms as published from time to time.

It is your responsibility — not 44x666's — to verify your local legal position before registering or depositing funds.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may restrict gambling activity. 44x666 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, through third parties or via altered registration details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not use your Account to place bets or wagers on behalf of third parties, operate a betting syndicate through a single account, or act as an agent for any other person or entity.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, 44x666 requires identity verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of the wallet or bank account in your name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after request may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share account credentials with any third party. 44x666 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted deposit methods are displayed in the cashier area of your account at the time of deposit. Payment method availability varies by region and operator configuration. Payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment instruments for user context only. 5.2 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment accounts, cards or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, funds may be held pending investigation and returned to the source method without credit to your 44x666 account.

5.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum may be declined without processing.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates in the currency displayed during registration and on your account dashboard. Where deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are outside 44x666's control.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have: (a) successfully completed KYC verification; (b) fulfilled any active bonus wagering requirements; (c) made at least one qualifying deposit; and (d) maintained an account in good standing with no outstanding disputes or security flags.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be accepted subject to additional verification. No withdrawals are processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times

44x666 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. After internal operator approval, the transfer is subject to the receiving payment provider's schedule. Users should allow a reasonable period for funds to appear and contact support if a significant delay is experienced.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Requests exceeding the stated maximum may be processed in instalments at the operator's discretion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and maximum bet restrictions. These terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus would require PKR 150,000 in total qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers are stated per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus conversion, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, or systematically exploiting identified pricing errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated balances and may lead to permanent account closure.

7.4 Promotional Availability

44x666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional eligibility may differ by account jurisdiction, verification status or account activity level.

7.5 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is available, it is offered to new users on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device and per IP address. 44x666 reserves the right to determine whether a new registration qualifies for welcome offer eligibility.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market and the operator's right to decline, limit or void bets at its discretion. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a unique bet reference number and it appears in your bet history.

8.2 Pricing Errors

Where an obvious pricing error has occurred — including mis-priced odds, incorrectly settled markets or technical faults — 44x666 reserves the right to void affected bets or re-settle at the correct price, with or without prior notice. This applies to cricket, PSL and ICC tournament markets as well as all other sports and casino products.

8.3 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal being scored). Bets placed in the period immediately before a suspending event are subject to operator review and may be voided where it is determined the user had prior knowledge of the event.

8.4 Casino and Live Casino

Casino and live casino games are operated by the software provider and/or live studio partner. Game rules, RTP figures (where stated), and house edge information are those of the respective game provider. 44x666 presents these products as available on the Platform but is not the game developer.

8.5 Disputes

Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be submitted to support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. The decision of 44x666's management on all bet settlement matters is final, subject to the escalation process described in clause 16.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering with false, incomplete or third-party identity information;
• Opening more than one account;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner;
• Colluding with other users in poker, live casino or any other multi-player format;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation;
• Using a VPN or IP masking service to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 44x666 support staff or other users;
• Attempting to access accounts or systems that are not your own.

10.1 Player Protection Commitment

44x666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the protection of vulnerable users seriously. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible through your account settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude, you may initiate this through the Responsible Gambling section of your account settings, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion prevents access to the Platform for the selected period. During a self-exclusion period, promotional communications will be suppressed where technically possible.

10.3 Underage Gambling

If you are under 18 years of age, or below the minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction, you must not use this Platform under any circumstances. If we discover that a minor has registered and/or deposited funds, the account will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the deposit source after mandatory review.

11.1 Suspension by Operator

44x666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — where: a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable period; fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected; the User is found to be a minor; or regulatory compliance requires account action.

11.2 Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 44x666 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds held in the account. Where closure is initiated by the User in good standing, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the registered withdrawal method after KYC confirmation.

11.3 User-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. During the closure process, you remain bound by these Terms.

All content on the 44x666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, software and the overall design — is the property of 44x666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44x666, its operators, officers, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

44x666's total aggregate liability to any User arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 44x666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gambling license. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitral body of the applicable license jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that these Terms are not governed by Pakistani law and that local courts may or may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Platform. This is not legal advice; users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding their specific circumstances.

44x666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Users via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
